The modified acrylic adhesive on the open side is distinguished by its excellent resistance to cold. Thus the application is possible even at low temperatures. It shows a high initial and final adhesion at high shear strength, excellent ageing resistance and exceptional resistance to the influence of chemicals (domestic cleaning and polishing agents).
The pure acrylic adhesive on the covered side is featured by maximum resistance to ageing, UV-radiation, weathering and plasticisers. The excellent initial adhesion (tack) offers a reliable bond immediately after application. Maximum final adhesion is reached after approximately 24 hours.
S57005 is vibration-absorbing and compensates different coefficients of linear thermal expansion.
